“ARE YOU GRASPING….
OR ARE YOU CONCENTRATING?”
Earlier in the week, I asked my Students to ask themselves honestly, in as many moments as possible, “Am I grasping, or am i concentrating?” The input to my assignment has been rewarding. I challenge you to keep working with this one, let it saturate into your Daily Practice…it will produce an undeniable deepening effect to your Awareness. This sharpening of the mind’s patterns is instrumental for those of us who desire to Rise Above our negative tendencies and habituated, inculcated, and conditioned ego structures.
i am proud of you all for treading this Direct Path of WF, whether or not you are in the fire of Online Training as a formal student, or just one of the thousands of curious Seekers, treading quietly along the perimeter of our WF Tribal Light.
here is some Haiku Light shed by Noble WF Online Student Starling…one of our Brightest Stars in Online Study under Noble WF Teacher Ananda. Enjoy and THANK YOU for the beautiful Haiku, Doreen!

Even though my haikus weak, (7)
Youve sparked strong practice! (5)
Gather the minds reigns. (5)
Or the horses will run wild. (7)
Its Gods chariot. (5)
Sort the minds loose threads. (5)
Spend your life learning the loom. (7)
Weave your silken map to God. (5)
Sprint through heavy thoughts. (5)
Make the mind heave its bundles. (7)
At last you are light. (5)
Steady your sea boat. (5)
Else be hurled upon the rocks. (7)
Sink your minds anchor. (5)
Your teacher finds you. (5)
Else you have chased a rainbow. (7)
Wisdoms in waiting. (5)
Pace your lightening speed. (5)
Sip the air of victory! (7)
Steady wins the race. (5)
Warrior move slow. (5)
Let your movement liken light: (7)
Sunlights invisible speed. (5)
