I am back to moving my kayaks at solid speeds! The shoulder/neck/buzz is nowhere to be found!

I feel so energized paddling at full clip, this carries over into the next day. The recovery is good and I am able to do it again and again so far.

� this feeling is just the begINNING. just keep those WF Morning Rituals strong and sincere. it also helps greatly to be deeply thankful for your fitness throughout your day.

I am married to WF toilet yoga, neti, pranayama, and the inversion sequence you prescribed. This takes 40 minutes or so each morning as I give each aspect proper awareness.

What I have lost in the transition so far are full fledged yoga sessions . I have done a spattering of sun salutations and will boost those before and after paddles.

A very wonderful fellow named Dorian Walter has recently come back from the West Coast and has been taking the US mens K-1 champion to task. He is going to race on�a surfski�in Molokai in May. He has great faith that I will make an able K-2 partner with him someday and I must admit that is compelling. I have gotten the race bug again after thinking it was going to take all season to ease myself into higher speed paddling using Wing Paddles and the like.

I am very aware of my movements in lifting boats, walking on the dock , picking up a piece of paper off the floor, etc.

I am reengaging with this kayaking thing that I do and finding more enjoyment in presenting it to others.

I TAF that I made a solid and important shift in my shoulder girdle this winter through our training together. Also, I am starting to feel the medicine of the inversion work and the deep chords of strength it builds, slowly but surely.

I am tempted by the Intensive you are offering in August. I will know more about its feasibility for me soon.

� you have now mentioned two fictional things that waste my time:
you need to order herbs (fiction, no action)
you will let me know about Red Mountain (fiction, no action)
remember, my Instructions to you; Past Tense (actions performed) mean something to my Work with you; not THINGS YOU ARE GOING TO DO…that is fiction and
wastes my time and energies and dilutes our True Work which is only beginning! to a yogin, it is not words that matter,
it is Action!

From May 13-May23 I will be going to the Galapagos Islands to co-guide a sea kayak adventure. The inversion altar will not be able to make it. I am not sure how much “head” (read toilet) room��their on the Catamaran mothership we will be on so I am concerned about my morning ritual for that time period.
