Thank you for your words of encouragement. i have been following your move by reading the DL’s (as always), i did not want to swamp you with yet another email as i know you must have received numerous mails from all corners concerning your move. Just to say that i wish you and Ananda only wonderful things and i know that you are moving onwards, upwards, and inwards (as ever!).
i’ve attached a snap that i took on a trip to Sedona a while ago, a pale comparison of what you will be seeing every day very shortly!

LA shifted BIG TIME!! when the Coach and Ananda left it’s area. i went by yolanda. said prayers of gratitude and burned a stick of tibetan incence in thanks and rememberance…..then LET IT GO COMPLETELY!!

daily Toiletyoga(TM) and prananyam has been quite interesting. my moods are clearer and there are fewer swings in them. my daily caloric needs are dwindling. weight is falling off. ain’t even BEEN to the gym!

�a friend invited me to a talk by a Tibetan Lama last night. his name is Lama Khyimsar Rimpoche.�it was a great dharma talk. all he spoke of was truly WF to me!! so many things CLICKED that i was just brought to TEARS! then i was led back fully to the WF! my home….my life….my Path!

i am ready for new beginning students Coach! i feel it is time for Teacher Q is EMERGE once again! you left HUGE chi with me that has been burning away much mental debris and emotional blocks. it is interesting…i feel closer to you NOW!
