doing so, as WF Online Student Robert Moses clearly endorses, can be “priceless.” Noble Student Moses reports from the high country of Colorado, “The strides I feel I have made and the insights I have gained for my practice are invaluable, no price tag can be put upon these. I really am just kicking myself as to why it has taken me so long to book this intensive w/ Coach. I will not let another year go by without an intensive, too many good things happen from one.”
So, you still just kickin’ around the edges of the world’s original and perhaps most authentic form of spiritual fitness training?

STUDENT MOSES WRITES TO ME ABOUT HIS PRIVATE INTENSIVE WITH COACH SHEADER:
Dear Steve,
Theme- Georgia boy meets Coach Haku and the mountain desert. Here I sit toward the end of the second and last day of my intensive w/ Coach Haku, off to a martial arts class in 1/2 hour. The experience has been SPECTACULAR! Coach has torn me up, worn me down and somehow magically built me back up again (all in 1 day, not bad work). Ive had a chance to take part in the following:
2 very instructive meditation and pranayamic sessions that were so helpful for my practice (some of what we do is very hard to convey via the web). The techniques and little things Coach is able to see and help correct will take this part of my practice to a new level. Couldn’t have been able to make this shift without a personal hand in the mix.
1 ST session working on techniques and variations to the basics that will allow a more focused and concentrated approach.
2 CV sessions in the mountain desert summer time heat and attitude. Needless to say these kicked my ass in more ways than one. One was a MTB session up by the Monument and another was an interval session at the local track. Which Coach managed to bring along a woman world class 1500M (hottie Natalie Hughes) runner just to spice things up.
An HP yoga class taught by Coach himself and managed to work in some free time each day so I could explore Grand Junction and the surrounding area.
Coach opened his home and family up to me as if I was a long last friend, even though we had never met. His lovely wife prepared wonderful meals for me (thank you Linda) and the whole family made me feel right at home. The strides I feel I have made and the insights I have gained for my practice are invaluable, no price tag can be put upon these. I really am just kicking myself as to why it has taken me so long to book this intensive w/ Coach. I will not let another year go by without an intensive, too many good things happen from one. Grand Junction and surrounding areas are a perfect setting for this intensive, so different from GA, so filled with amazing CHI, such ass kicking terrain for the lowland boy.
All in all I cant convey the joy and happiness Ive received from this experience. Coach Haku is an amazing teacher/coach/friend/guru/guide all wrapped into one. I am humbled and honored to be able to call him my Coach.
Got to go or we will be late for class……Hope you are finding AZ and Flag to your liking.
Very very humbly,
Student Moses
