fuck’em..all.

however,
i just wanted you to know
that i keep a copy
of the ramamana maharishi
on the fate of the soul
with me….
sooooooo
powerful…

also
when i get up in the am
before toilet yoga,neti, nodi,
and starting the day’s wf st or cv activities
or yoga, and work…
i choose to awaken with dl’s,
and then at night before i turn in..
i check them again…

the cupboard where you reach to get either coffee/calli cups or water glasses.
