taf like i was your super domestique taking on those teams from last weekend…
taking pulls..
and
could hear your voice this morning in the Iron Temple..
telling me to go slower and deeper on squats…and breathe…
look forward to seeing you out in the water with me tonight…
we’ll have fun!
those snakes in WF Temple…
oh dearest coache’… it saddens me so that they are that asleep and unaware…
but more so that they feel the need to poach from the WF well…and ridicule you..
how can they…
now i don’t claim to be a know-it-all..
i do know this..
i have had a few coaches..
an olympic silver medalist in nordic skiing…
a 10th degree kempo grandmaster, etc..
but none..and i mean none..
have your sincerity, dedication,
truthfulness…
and walk the walk..
period.
