after i smashed my spine and pelvis to smithereens, i vowed that once i Self Healed, i would never, ever stop Dancing my Life…i don’t care how silly i may look, i am just gonna keep Dancing because i know what it is like to lie flat on a broken spine and not be able to move anything but the most important Vehicle of Self Healing; the Breath.
Now, i Dance up rocks, down ski slopes, on bicycles, skates, you name it, i will Dance it…because WHOLISTIC FITNESS training Gifts us the most amazing capacity to DANCE the Physiologic Spectrum; Endurance, Strength, Suppleness, and Stillness. The Great Connecting Link to the Dance of (y)our Life? That’s Right, the Breath! Where there is Breath, there is Pran. Coming up in DL, i will finish my 3 Part Series on Pranayam, focusing on Nauli; the great Purifier and, take you along with Ananda and i as we CRANK sport climbing routes in the most amazing climbing park i have ever seen; Crawdad Canyon, Utah! Above, i clip a bolt enroute to another flash of a sport route. This one was called, “SuperFly”…you can see why! You gotta BECOME a SuperFly if you don’t want to fall off this one!
“Watching Coach climb so gracefully yet powerfully up these routes, was like watching a ballet,” WF Teacher and Coach Ilg climbing partner, Ananda, who also broke through her Fear and climbed a 5.8+ route called, “Corrupting The Natives,” in Crawdad Canyon.
