STUDENT INPUT!

My WF Logo, channeled to me during the DreamTime in Boulder, Colorado in the late seventies, perfectly captures my intent for Wholistic Fitness. The overall impression of the logo is taken from the sun sign of the Dine (the Ancient People of Turtle Island or America. this sun sign is known as the Zia and is the State Emblem of New Mexico, one of the Blessed States that i have had the honor of living within. The horizontal and vertical lines are Native American symbols for ‘rain’ which means Abundance. If you lived down here in the American Southwest, you would know just how precious is rainwater and snow. This Abundance showers upon the practitioner of Wholistic Fitness in the Four Directions. The middle of the logo shows a yin/yin symbol (Taijitu) intertwined with a dumbbell. I chose this image to illustrate my Spiritual Duty (SvaDharma) to bridge Eastern spiritual teachings into Western fitness methodologies. It’s been a long haul, let me tell you, yet one that has fueled my inner life for over a quarter century. I love Wholistic Fitness. I love living her lifestyle, i love teaching her vastness, i love her uniqueness, i love everything about Wholistic Fitness; particularly the Level of fitness Practitioner that she attracts…you! Everytime you see this logo, i want you to know it means; i love your dedication to your inner life.”

“Hi Teacher Roche!
I picked up my copy of TOTAL BODY TRANSFORMATION last night. Good ol’ Katrina delayed the delivery to the local Barnes & Noble…just another instance of how we’re all connected in this little world. I cozied up on the couch last night to dig in to TBT. When I opened the cover there, to my surprise, was a little message from Coach Ilg. It totally caught me off guard and I had to do a double take. I thought I was imagining things. Seeing that little message touched me profoundly. Call it divine WF intervention. Everything feels like it’s happening right as it should be…all in gooood time. I’m excited (and a little nervous) about getting started on my Program! It’s comforting knowing that I’m taking things to the next level, a level that I’m ready for. The fun never stops. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for showing me the way! I bow to you.

your humble student,
kp

“I have been pouring over “The Winter Athlete” by Coach Ilg. It is wonderfully written just as his “Outdoor Athlete.” It is strange how this has come about. I found the “Outdoor Athlete” in 1996 when I was preparing for a 42 day mountaineering expedition in BC. It was very helpful and I was recognized by everyone on my trip as the strongest climber. Excellent results.”

Noble Coach,
P.S. I recently saw a quote that I like…
“No one has ever drowned in sweat.”

– WF Online Student Michael Thompson of Clan Haku
