“I attended to (1) High Performance Solo Session.� I think there are many things that attract me to practicing Yoga, the main being the body and mind connection.� I love coming into the moment and being challenged by what is in front of me; the body changes every day and it�s about being in the moment and listening to where it will take you that day.� There are not many things that you can perform in a 12 square foot space that links your breath and movement in such a concentrative state.”
