Strength Training = 1.75 hours
Cardio Training = 45 hours (includes a “5th” Place at Arizona State Road Cycling Championships)
Asana = 31.50 hours
Meditation/Pranayam = 21 hours
Ahara Jaya (Mastery of Food) = 54,050 calories (about 1,801 calories/day)
