THE NIRVANA OF THE PATH…AND>>>CHITTA VIKSEPA…THE PAIN OF THE PATH

THE NIRVANA OF THE PATH…AND>>>CHITTA VIKSEPA…THE PAIN OF THE PATH
“… i finished a run and this one felt so good, i sat by the canal and went into a dream, spiritual moment, trance, something. i just remember smiling and breathing and the birds singing and the water trickling along, the light breeze. That is still a defining moment for me, it was …nirvana….pure and perfect peace and joy. That is what i strive to re-acheive, that sense of completeness. If i can feel like that when i exit this life, i will have attained something.”

CHITTA VIKSEPA…THE PAIN OF THE PATH
Of all my Teachers, Pain has been and remains my most profound and Highest Mentor of Self Mastery. I have and continue to cherish all of His various masks. In yoga, there are distractions and obstacles (Chitta Viksepa) along the Path of Awakening that have been carefully mapped out for aspirants. Those who have not been Well Taught, run away from chitta viksepa, foolishly thinking that they are doing themselves favor. Those aspirants who have found Wise Teachers, have been taught to run forward into chitta viksepa, knowing them by Direct Experience and Transforming their lower self into a Higher Self; a yogic warrior by doing so.
There are thirteen chitta viksepa which dance throughout our Daily Attempts To Practice and Remain Awake which must be known by the warrior if he or she is to know the territory of their Self Cultivation.
Perhaps soon in DL i will outline these chitta viksepa for you, as i do my Online Students. For now, however, Oh Most Noble DL Reader, i shall give you this Training Hint that is critical for Transformation;
Duhkha – or pain/misery; will lose some of its Sting if you are willing to Accept it for what is Pain’s true meaning in the yogin’s life; Purification. As i have Taught you many times before in this forum, Pain = Purification. Through steady Purification arrives Strength and more Inner Tools; such as Confidence, Health, and Stability. Through the steadfast gain of Strength in multi dimensional Ways (thus; WF), come Transcendence.
I say this; any so called Teacher of Yoga who says that Pain is to be avoided, has forgotten the Original Yoga and is doing great disservice to the Majesty of the Ancient Awakened Ones. Pain, my Noble Warriors, is go(o)d; Wherever you find Pain hiding or screaming within your body/mind, my humble coaching counsel remains the same; Knock quietly yet steadily upon those Doors of Pain. For one day, they will Open for you and you will smile and be strengthened in Ways unknown to you right now.
