just a note;
to remind you that there is NO class on Sunday Morning…
we are doing the “Snow or No Trail Run” and mountain bike tomorrow up at the Nordic Center (10 am) .

also;
i know i told a few of you that i would be doing the Saturday Morning
bicycle training ride this morning at 10 am (meets at Late For The Train downtown),
however Joy and i snowshoed Agassiz Peak yesterday (yes, there IS snow up on the peak!)
and we need to take a bit of a Recovery Day today,
do some HP yoga…
and then do the Trail Run tomorrow!
Joy is probably just going to walk it, so come on up!

The Intent of Wednesday’s Class will not be as ‘strong vinyasa’ as last Wednesdays
however, the focus will be on
sustaining some hip openers (always fun stuff!), an intro to Headstand, and a new Pranayam!
