I am in this for the long term. To put it in a sports analogy, I will be happy to hit a bunch singles vice going for the home run.

HARRY:
A very positive aspect has been my increased awareness of my posture. I sit a lot at work and I do take the mental breaks during the day to check how I am sitting.

COACH:

HARRY:
I am proud be a student of yours. Should I have done this a long time ago, yes, but I have started and feel I am on the right path.

COACH:
