when you think your Practice becomes boring and repetitious
when you think you should just quit because you think you need something ‘new’ or ‘better’ or ‘more flashy’ or ‘higher tech’
feeble ilg asks you;
what if Grandfather Sun or Grandmother Moon just quit out of boredom of their repetitious life?
maybe you are not so BORED…
maybe you are just under-APPRECIATING the Miracles of Mindful Living!

“Ananda Desa” at Two Tree Manor. ‘Desha’ is Sanskrit for an “appropriate environment for yogic practice” which precisely what Joy (whose WF Tribal Name is “Ananda”) now provides three lucky yoga Students each Sunday Morning. The students face West, the direction of Bear who teaches us Introspection; the ideal quality for asana practice.
This semi-private, hour and a half class is a “Female Strength and Hormonal Balancing Class.” Leslie was one of the first students to sign up for this special class. Coming to us with a strong background in Zen yet having gotten a wee bit off track with some of the physical practices (who among us have not?), Leslie has now regained the Sweat to her Zen. I have the opportunity to teach Leslie on Wedndesday evenings in my local HP Yoga class and the quality of Leslie’s mental focus is a shining testimony to her Zen Practice. i bow in Engaged Gassho. She is a wonderful “ripe” student for HP Yoga. Ananda and i are thrilled to share the Light of HP Yoga with this precious gem of a human being.
Read Leslie’s words below…for they ring like a Tibetan gong to my motto behind Wholistic Fitness;
“Just Begin,
again and again,
and
endlessly…again…”

“Hi Joy,
Thank you, so very much, for the Sunday morning class. The session had a lovely quality of ‘compassion and passion’ and gentleness and strength.
Your practice has a depth of kindness and generosity that was and continues to be tempered by your life experience. A deep bow in gratitude for your willingness to take on lapsed yogis like myself…I feel great gratitude to be renewing my yoga/life with you.
I have enjoyed, so very much, renewing my practice with both you and Steve.
I hope that my chattiness after practice didn’t disturb you ( and Steve) I felt such a light heart that it came forth just like that.
A pleasant week to you.
Leslie”
