STUDENT:
I try and I try to meditate and do my best in fitness and working on what you term, “our negative tendencies.”
i always fall back into the same old stupid habits and bad self talk.
i will never be fit like you in so many areas.
i will never be Enlightened…i do not even know what that means.
sometimes i just get so depressed i think i should have never started “working on myself.”
i think my mind is busier than when i first “met you” through your books and blog.
thanks for listening to my crap.

COACH:
Noble Warrioress G,
Welcome to the Awakened State!
your mind is not busier, you are just more Aware of the Ego Noise! congrats!
that you are at least trying to work on yourself IS the spiritual victory! congrats!
you know what?
i have yet to meet the cyclist that goes out on their first club ride and doesn’t get dropped by the peleton for the first few (dozen!) times.
Things Take Time.
It’s a long road out of our Unconscious Patterns.
Pace yourself accordingly.
Up until now, you have been living in the world with a restless mind.
if you wish to continue your success in either the Outer or Inner World,
you first must overcome the Restless Mind.
Your Practice right now is to make your mind steady and quiet.
Then, Peacefulness comes as a training effect from your mental steadiness and quietude.
Your mind is restless because of one thing:
Desires.
Practice giving space to those Desires.
Sky Mind/Sky Breath.
Allow the following quote/mantra to be your Main Practice over the next few weeks.
See what Inner Doors the quote/mantra opens.
and,
Never,
Ever,
Give Up on working on yourself.
Here is how bad you gotta want to Rise Above Your Unconscious Habits and Negative Tendencies:
Don’t give up until the end of your Human Life;
for
you are too important to the UniVerse.
i mean it!
here then, is your Quote/Mantra. click on the photo to enlarge the quote. Walk with it.
Breathe with it. and SMILE OFTEN when you remember it!…Go(o)d Luck:
