One week after racing, winning, and having her cells become empowered by the Pran of Tsidool (the subtle energy of Mt. Taylor), Lisa “Vishnu Doll” Goldsmith of the WF; Team Mountain Yogi went on to win a Denver Stair Climbing Competition. She now goes to Boston for another Stair Climb Event in March.

Dear Coach,
The race was in Denver this a.m. and I ran it like an �endurance athlete� never changed my pace, therefore was able to hold it! I won in 6:41, 1st guy was 6:15�there were 3 other guys ahead of me. You�d probably go sub-6 no problemo. It was a pretty fun event; 800 peeps! I went off 7th so the stair well was clean and �fresh� still�they started us at 15 second intervals. I had done a session with Scott Elliott in Boulder on Thursday, 10 x 17flights at CU and that was Very Helpful in dialing in a pace I thought I could do for 47 flights, BUT I got pretty sore calves from it, hence some downward-dog sessions the last 2 days and I was just fine for today!

I am going to Boston for a stair event in 3/11 � this Denver event was a �check it out session.�

Still riding that Mt. Taylor high � whot is it about that mountain???!!! I didn�t even go to the top which is also, I can see, going to become quite a lure for me; maybe I solo in �08 too�
