The gift of fantasy has meant more to me than my talent for absorbing knowledge.

Beloved Coach;

A few raw walnuts and a half of grapefruit. invited to colleagues for dinner. Dinner—-one cracker and some brie cheese. Salmon on white beans, carrots and salad with spinach and beets and goat cheese–one small piece of bread. 1 glass of wine — Dessert was a small slice of chocolate mouse cake and tea.

All eaten with NON DOMINANT HAND Assignment intact!

and… i ate slowly at dinner and was the last one to finish.

One bite,
fork down,
chew slowly.

– Blessings, Student S.

COACH RESPONDS!

Student S!!!!!!
i am Soooooooooooo stoked for you!!!!!! What a long way you have come!!! Amazing just how efficient is our NATURAL ENZYMATIC BREAKDOWN when we actually stop LUNGING and SWALLOWING our food unconsciously and instead SLOW DOWN, and allow our NATURAL MASTICATION to occur! We don’t need ANY PILLS or anything; we need to SLOW DOWN and CHEW!!!!! APPRECIATE!!!! you got me so psyched on your progress of natural eating that you inspired this spontaneous Haiku.
i devote it now to you:

one bite, fork down, chew (5)
silent appreciation (7)
Nutrition is God! (5)

namaste,
coach
