coach with ChiRunner� Gary, one of Student Mackel’s running partners…i inflected my Teaching Dialogue with lots of CHI references to help bridge the gap between Prana (yogic word for Life Force) and Chi (Asiatic word for Life Force). Gary definitely brought his Chi to the mat and for that, i bow! i know well the yoga of running 100+ mile weeks…and its transmission of stiffness into the tissues…there are Edges to every form of yoga, every form of sport, every form of activity, occupation, and lifestyle. An ultimate notion of Yoga is to blur those edges until no separation exists; only the Chi remains!

A special post class moment with long-time Student and SUNRIDER Warrior; Clay Clymore. i cannot tell you how rewarding it is to me and Ananda to visit here in LA and ReConnect Through Sacred Sweat. Thank ALL of you for coming out to Teacher Blanchard’s cave!

Connie Ilg (yes, my sister!) got this picture of myself and Ananda with Ron Jones, a ‘DL celeb’. A World Champion in Ultraracing and Front Line Warrior who is doing his best to help save our nation from obesity, Ron just made my class after appearing on National TV for his quote, “Child Obesity is Child Abuse.” Ron was the only Warrior who took my Yoga Class on Saturday, and then survived a 30-mile hurtfest on the Mountain Bikes on Sunday with me…think about it, a 2-Hour HP Yoga� Master Class into a 3-hour guided most beautiful elite outdoor experience and workout…all for $20 (the cost of the Yoga Class)…how many other Teachers or Coaches or athletes or personal trainers or book authors are gonna offer YOU that type and caliber of world-class variety, fun and fitness?
