“Rest in natural great peace? This exhausted mind?Beaten helpless by karma and neurotic thought,?Like the relentless fury of the pounding waves? In the infinite ocean of samsara.

Rest in natural great peace.”

* photo looking outside our North Hollywood apartment after a hard bike ride. i am in a unique scientific interior environment; 1 year since moving away from LA and over 4 consecutive months of training in altitudes of 7-12,000’+ and now suddenly immersed within the thunderous noise, societal vibration, and particulate pollution of LA. i can intimately register the progressive impact upon my mental, emotional, cellular, energetic, and muscular systems. without a doubt; Big City living is neurally fatiguing – if not frying – and it requires Skillful Practice and ongoing Heightened Awareness to remain Alert, Aware, and Wise when dealing with this pandemonium of input. i See very, very Clearly now, why my Spiritual Teachers sent me here for nearly a decade. I know this Realm and it is fierce. Fortunately, the Gifts inherent to WF Online Training are proving lethal to this Outer Pandemonium and vital for replenishing exhausted minds and fried nerves which create the stage of all dis-ease.

that is all,
