over the Santa Monica Mountains in satiny wisps of eucalyptus perfumed cloud fingers…

training along with the yoga. i stopped smoking six
months ago and my dentist told me today that the
gingivitis is cleared up.

Each am I read something
spiritual – at present, Geshe Roach’s Diamond Cutter
(just finished Lama Govinda’s The Way of the White
Clouds). i just turned my youngest son on to some
basic buddhist writings and terms for a college paper
he is writing about Boddhisattva Jarvis Masters on San
Quentin’s death row. i would emphasize the
“Transformation” in TBF – and at age 59 not a moment
too soon.
