Seems so “easy” on a stationary bike!
Well as Coach drives off to his second race of the day, i thought i give you an update…
i found out that Coach underestimated a few things in his earlier report today…
Coach actually finished 16th overall in a time of 2:09 at a average speed of 10.4mph! the same time would have earned him a 6th place in his age bracket and in the top 25 of the Cat 3’s…with only 3 weeks of specific road cycling!!!!
our Coach…how many Rabbits does he HAVE up those sleeves of his?!
he was second fastest on the Red Rock Racing Team in Cat 4 and now, he might be the Team Leader out on the roads this afternoon depending on how things pan out…if so, that means instead of being a “helper” on the Team, the Team helps him for the win..it really all depends on how strong the guys are out on the roads today.
the thing, our Beloved Coach KICKED ASS!!! he is the Master of All Physiologic Realms it surely seems! stay tuned for the Perkinsville Update coming as soon as we get race results…and keep the Visualizations cranking for our Birthday Boy!
