THE QUOTE OF THE DAY:
“During the intervals, nothing focuses the mind better than potential loss of consciousness. The 15 hard/15 easy splits were a bitch. Much more so to me than the 45 sec on/1 min off sets. I am not sure what I was seeing at the end of the last set because everything was in a haze. Don’t know if I should pass out or throw-up? I love it! Oh, and
I love wearing the WF Blessed Mala beads. I am having fun doing Wholistic Fitness®. I am a better person for starting it.
Namaste,
Harry”

Namaste One and All…
ain’t that great! LOVE IT!
i am here in the Temple H(om)e luxuriating in the post-mountain bike feelings from a 2.25 hour, 21-mile training ride beneath the Sacred Peak in which i FINALLY – after ONE YEAR OF ATTEMPTS – “cleaned” (rode without ‘dabbing’/putting my foot down or falling) the treacherous vertical sinewy singletrack known as “Weenie Walk”…cuz if you are a Weenie…you’ll be walking your bike up the highly technical, lung bursting 1/2 mile section of the 7.5 mile climb…today..i CLEANED IT, baby!!!!!!! oh HELL YEAH!!!!! ahhhh, the Simple Pleasure from a WF Warrior’s life!
anyway, i came home to work on my Student’s updates and am facilitating New Student Lewis’s Cycle Summation and i get to his input about Intervals above…cracked me up so bad i had to share it with you…see, i about ‘lost consciousness’ trying to stay upright and keep pedaling up the Weenie Walk trail this morning…so, enjoy!
Congrats to New Student Lewis..a helluva a WF Warrior in the making, baby!
no Weenie in his Walk!
enjoy,
coach
