IN THE HIGH COUNTRY ABOVE FLAGSTAFF –
Reports indicate from the Gaspin’ In The Aspen Duathlon*, that Coach Ilg, a defending Age Group Champion and 3rd Overall in the Long Course of this race last year not only won the Short Course Overall Title this morning, he set a new Course Record by two minutes!
Coach was unable to compete in the Long Course this morning due to a prior and wonderful commitment to perform wedding vows for two of his HP Yoga Students.

Another stunning overall victory from Coach to give yet another heaping Self Help dosage of faith for all those people who have broken their back and have doctors tell them, “There is no way you will ever run again!” And for all of you who have NOT broken their backs, uh…C’MON baby!
