‘clouds! student ss likes clouds! so do i’ coach ilg
clouds – are we attracted to their beauty because of the clutter we have in our minds?
Some days the skies are crystal clear, blue, and everything seems so clear while other days clouds fill the sky. can we relate?
When the winds pick up and carry the clouds along or take them to another place it’s like breathing. the breath entering the body flushes the thoughts/clutter aside. but if you really dig into pranayama it’s not only going to carry those clouds or thoughts along, it’s going to create an opening in the sky for light to shine. storms are needed for release – just as clouds move in for an afternoon shower, so do our emotions. once a release has occurred the storm stops ‘what a crazy world we live in.’ funnel clouds or spinning winds may be work that is needed to dissolve the clouds into the atmosphere. releasing them, feeding mother earth so that the cycle can begin again.
Not everyday is meant to be blue skies. when there are clouds moving in, a storm follows – this is the balance. so to keep a balanced mind/body not too saturated with clouds, one must practice pranayama and spinning around – using all limbs to create motion and movement – the breath to clear the mind.
God shows us this direction everyday, why do we not listen? ‘Hey, take those cotton balls out of your ears’ we have been sleeping.
i strongly recommend that all WF Students drive from Phoenix to the Flag via Sedona. It only costs $18.50 round trip in gas with a Hybrid. How can you pass up the incredible views? From flatland Indiana to the textured depth of Arizona if not mindful, the stimulation can become intense.
may you enjoy this journey of images as much as the journey itself was (in)joyed.
