WF Student Check:
* did you engage the WF Earned Sustenance Principle and be sure to train hard and long enough before the Meal in order to Earn It?

* did you take a Moment of Silence before the meal?

* did you attend to your Posture during the meal?

* did you offer to do the dishes and/or otherwise help Serve?

WF Warrior Student Check:
* did you engage the WF Earned Sustenance Principle and be sure to train hard and long enough before the Meal in order to Earn It AND THEN be sure not to overeat to keep yourself in a Balanced Caloric Day?

* did you take a Moment of Silence before the meal AND do your WF Pranayamic Appetizer either before or at the table?

* did you attend to your Posture during the meal AND return to Mula Bandha at least 3 x?

* did you do the dishes and/or otherwise help Serve WITHOUT asking?

WF Master Student Check:
* did you do all the Warrior Student Checks with Cheerfulness
AND
Share the spirit of your Practices with Others to help promote Awakening to
“Turkey Medicine” which is the “Give Away Principle” that is the Native Root of the contemporary Thanksgiving Holy-Day?

Forgive yourself and Give Thanks today that we have ample opportunities to Begin Again and Again, and…endlessly again!
