Hello Mr Ilg,
First of all, my name is Jan Heijnen, 23 years old and I live in the Netherlands.
I recently ordered your book, total body transformation.
I have read the introduction, and it said you have to train 1 hour in the morning, and 1-2 in the evening.
My question can I do the evening training on for example 3 till 5 pm ?
Because I have school from 7 – 10 pm .One more question, I have a ankle injury, I can cycle but not run. And on the Yoga subject I’m affraid that the pressure becomes to much on my ankle.
I have no experience with yoga, and I’m not really flexible.Maybe I have to just start the program and see how it goes, but I’d would like some advice.
Because I’m going to invest a lot of time.I hope my English is good enough, so I will not sound rude :).
Thank you for your time,
Kind Regards,
Jan Heijnen

Most Noble Jan!
nice to meet you and your English is BEAUTIFUL!
no worries on shifting the time around…creating two hours per day for your
TBT Journey for the next 4 months should be pretty doable if your willingness is there.
as far as the ankle injury, i’d suggest an
Online Consultation
either now, or you can order
as many of them as you wish as you proceed with your TBT Journey. i have to be fair
to my Online Students…
just remember that i created these programs as an ongoing path of fitness after
breaking my spine…
if i can do it…
i KNOW you can!
Dharma Blessings,
coach steve ilg
ps; after completing your TBT Journey, i would LOVE to see you in my Online Training System!!!
