To update you . . .

I’ve been out of town for the last 2 weeks – settled my daughter into her new college home in Massachusetts, then off to Pittsburgh to help my family pack up our childhood home and move my mother to Florida to live with my sister. A crazy 2 weeks. My EMR was spotty at the beginning of the 2 weeks and then just plain dropped off.

Ran out of all herbs and MAP, while also running out of cash. A dilemma.

But you once e-mailed me to “just begin, again and again” and so I am.

Ordered MAP today and the herbs.

Will begin EMR in the a.m. and consistent DL.

what are those “arrows”?

well the two most important ones are:

DL
and

wherever you are, i KNOW you can at least apply the most important fundamentals of the WF Path…the 4 WF Lifestyle Principles:
Breath and Posture,
Mindfulness,
Appropriate Action,
and
Practice!

in so doing,
a portal will open into what the Buddha termed, The Four Divine Abodes;
Metta (LovingKindness), Karuna (Compassion), Sacred Joy, and Equanimity.

the next most important Practice would be EMR.
without a doubt.
every sincere student of this Path should have their morning anchored by:

WF Early Morning Ritual; Level One

though doing EMR while “on the road” may prove a ‘slight difficulty’ at times,
it is 10,000 x 10,000 times worth the few minutes of effort required.

thus, i have Spoken, new Student on the Path.
thus, i love you and know in my heart that you WILL stabilize your consistency
and Awareness
in the daily check in with DL,
the eating of the SUNRIDER Herbs and MAP Amino Acids,
the conscious engagement of the 4 WF Lifestyle Principles,
and EMR.

from there,
i can train you Higher,
and Higher.

and when we fall?

we rely on the WF Maxim:
“Just Begin Again and Again, and Endlessly…Again!”
