Coach’s 10-Step Prescription For Fundamental CHI DEVELOPMENT and BODYFAT LOSS:
1) Order EMR DVD and PROP DVD (if not already done)2) Do the EMR every morning you possibly can
3) Do the FULL WORKOUT of the PROP DVD once a week
4) Do the “ABS ONLY” section of the PROP DVD one other time during the week (leave at least two days before or after PROP FULL WORKOUT).
5) Review Nutritional Guidelines of TOTAL BODY TRANSFORMATION and abide by them
6) Do a minimum of 5 hours of CV Training per week. no iPods. 10% of workout done Nasal Only Breathing. (doing #3 above = 1 CV hour credit)
7) Get on MAP (optional/optimal)
8) Get on the Herbs (optional/optimal)
9) Maintain the 4 WF Lifestyle Principles (as described in T.B.T.) as best as you can – including the use of your NON DOMINANT HAND as much as willing to incite remembrance of WF Lifestyle Principle #1
10) Do one online or phone consultation with Coach per month*
