Wholistic Fitness

this letter comes from one of the many Seekers
who came to me all fired up with incredible spiritual zeal and zest
for all that WF Awakened within her…she studied exceptionally…for
the first few years…and then, little by little, lost Faith in the Path,
the Practices dwindled, and she left to study with other teachers. this happens not infrequently, and since i have been around for
a few decades, it’s so CLEAR that all we have to do is STAY ROOTED with
a Teacher and/or a Path. otherwise, confusion and inner spiritual calamity
arises. worse, if the subtle anatomy DOES start to fire up and the kundalini
energy starts setting off unbalanced chakral and nadic fields…there can be a
whole heap of energetic trouble resulting in illness, dis-ease, and energetic retardation of granthis and other energetic/karmic/samskaric blocks.

i know it is disappointing to me too {her quitting the WF Path}…to be honest, i am a confused mess these days and need to take some time to figure out what resonates with me. very auspicious day…a sign from *Jesus* a sign from *Ganesha*…it’s all a mystery to me. At any rate, i feel so blessed to have studied with you both.

enjoy the Mystery,
toss out the Confusion.

all the MahaRishis and Deities are alive, within…
Their ishta deva is vibrating with endless Love, Light, and Truth for you…within!
and They do so unconditionally and best of all, at your OWN level, capacity, willingness! Their Teachings and Love and Light shines more beautifully,
simply, and powerfully as your Nadic/Meditative Fitness increases! this is the energetic reasoning behind the saying, “The Gods help those who help themselves.”

this is why it’s not wise to jump around from Teacher to Teacher;
from Path to Path.
stick with One that endlessly dials you into each unpeeling Layer of Learning!

this must be done in the Traditional Way;
one-on-one; Teacher/Student
or
Pathway/Studentship

whether a Teacher is a physical or disembodied Teacher, does not matter…of if a Teacher leaves their body…doesn’t matter for Their rasas will become an Inner Guru for you; many of the Highest Teachers will only arise when you sit in meditation or in the case of the WF Lineage Teachers when your HeartRate elevates and stays elevated and/or other molecular intensification such as pranayam/meditation.
