The energy of the body is intelligence.
The energy of the mind is consciousness.

Everybody wants Happiness; for themselves, for our chi-ldren, for our Animal friends, for our Mother Earth and Sky Father, for our nations.

Even the gunman holding up the convenience store or the rapist just is seeking Happiness.

Even the compulsive athlete who runs a marathon every weekend for a year is just seeking Happiness, fulfillment, approval of peers.

Even the woman who plops out more and more kids – while herself is just a kid in spiritual sense – is just seeking Happiness.

Thing is;
because of avidya* we’ve mistaken “Happiness” for “Sacredness” and thus run into and co-create all sorts of miseries and sufferings for ourselves, our chi-ldren, our Animal Friends, for our Mother Earth and Sky Father, and for our Nations.

Happiness is transitory; it can never last – nor would we want it to.

Sacredness however, is what a Buddhist might call, ‘nirvana.’ now, that’s a funny word. it is usually understood as meaning a “heavenly realm” yet the actual meaning is “extinction.” Extinction? Yes, in a Shiva-type of way; when we reach Nirvana, we have reach the extinction of our habitual mind, including our notions of birth, death, being, and non-being. certainly, Nirvana means the extinction of all emotions which have been developed through our mundane senses and conditioned thought. so, if you are enjoying the notion of reaching Nirvana, be sure you know what it means. this is why Yogi Jesus taught us through His devotee Matthew in 6:22 “if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. Heed therefore that the Light which is within thee is not darkness.”

Yogi Jesus, who – from age 14 to 30 – lived in the Himalaya and India under the wing of the Lineage from which the “3 Wise Men From India” came, was speaking of course of the yogis “Third Eye”… Ajna Chakra and when concentration upon this Chakra takes root and meditation thus inspired, the entire chain of other Chakras are ignited thus turning the Inner Body into a Body of Light. When this happens, of course, a state of extinction, of Nirvana unfolds according to the UniVersal Laws of Dharma and Divine Insight arises spontaneously.

Just like the ‘bible’ much of Wholistic Fitness is poorly understood, particularly by non-Practitioners or those who just read my books without matching their intellectual attempts with what matters most: sweat and stillness. Remember, the energy of the body is intelligence…we must live WF through our in-body-ment…we must embody the Teachings of WF.

The best place to start is where you are right now; with the 4 Lifestyle Principles of WF beginning with Conscious Breath and Posture. i am convinced that if everybody just Practiced the 4 Lifestyle Principles of WF** then Sacredness would quickly begin to erode grasping for Happiness. If politicians – through whom responsibility of millions rests – would simply Practice the WF Lifestyle Principles, the Congressional meetings would turn into yogic deshas; calmness and productivity based upon each Practicing Politicians ability to look deeply would instantly transform the current chaotic bickering and self-interests into a most beautiful Leadership of Light. As it is, every time Politicians gather, they just start firing arrows of division at each other. By invoking the WF 4 Lifestyle Principles, these Leaders would calmly be restoring presence through Breath and Posture, Mindfulness, and Appropriate Action would result in the ongoing Practice of Sacredness at our Highest Tribal Level. The trickle down effect would lovingly rush into society at large with the force of a Rocky Mountain spring run off.

If you consider yourself a Student of WF,
you have a yogic obligation to practice the WF Lifestyle Principles for the sake of your own calmness and Sacredness. Why? Because it is only through the development of your own Wisdom, Compassion, and Understanding that you can reflect what i first built into WF; Helpful Service for others.

So, everybody should Practice the WF Lifestyle Principles and teach them through example and loving speech to our family and friends. The effect from this will then influence family, community, and nation. Ripples make waves.

May your Practice of the 4 WF Lifestyle Principles today produce waves of serenity and strength and spirit to many.

that is all,

your loving coach
