Dedicated HP Students may remember my “Cornish Hen” class…a delightful enriching release for the entire body. Begins by focusing on the hip flexors and thoracic spine matched by periodic pranayams for the ascent of apana-vayu and rejuvenation of the organic and glandular systems. Come, breathe, and practice relaxed alertness with the “Broken Back Yogi” so we can all help each other Higher!

Wednesday w/Joy
9-10:30 am; HP Slow Flow
A soaring, uplifting class geared specifically for women, though men are encouraged to practice with us! Stabilization and strengthening of the urogenital floor and mula bandha musculature as well as core muscles while breathing consciously and gracefully into higher levels of physiologic and biomechanic fitness. Joy has attracted a strong sangha for this class among the medical community for good reason; it spurs self-healing and transformation with wisdom, love, and expertise.

Thursday w/Steve
5:30-7:00pm; HP PROP Workout BASICS CLASS!
QUICK! Go run and git that friend of yours that is too “scared” to take my regular PROP classes! This class covers the fundamental movements of PROP and will include restorative movements along the way. Seasoned PROP’rs; try to get in extra cardio before this class for an even richer, wholistic training effect! Come PROP!
