    EC,

    Training the mind – to find the Buddha’s “middle way” is a work in progress. I am constantly humbled at how quickly my mind can depart from the neutral mind/ middle way. Ha! I work on this everyday often several times a day!!! I am finding that I am becoming more “able” to bring myself back into the neutral/ middle way
    with a bit more gracefulness than I have had in the past.. I am grateful for the teachings again and again.
