yup, dat’s ilg up there…hum SAH’ing BIG TIME this morning as i began losing contact with the Lead Group during the Bardo Training intensities inherent to crit racing…it’s like an anaerobic version of poker and chess combined…
Noble Effort, ilg…i kept telling myself,   Give Noble Effort…
moved up from yesterday’s 50th place in the Road Race to 11th Place Overall after today’s Downtown Criterium..
a super sweet birthday gift, i must say…
tomorrow is the Race of Truth;  the Time Trial…going off at 7:41 am…in an expected temperature of 38 degrees…
