s(om)ehow, ilg has forgotten just how stinkin’ HOT and DRY is my Beloved New Mexico, then, feeble ilg conveniently forgot how hard that Tramway into Juan Tabo climb is! 2,500′ in 9 miles after a 12 mile, 20 mph “warm up”. hec, ilg was on the asphalt by 7:30am and was sweltering within minutes! How Blessed Are We Who Choose To Prioritize Sacred Sweat?!…

Iyengar in India for….yup; 16 years!!! Anil should be recognized as a State Treasure of NM…if you think i teach hard? take one of Anil’s advanced classes and THEN c(om)e back and tell me if holding sustained postures for seemingly endless periods of time ain’t waaaay harder than my classes! viva la Anil!

i love the first photo. The doorway of Yoga studio photo leads to the next picture and all that is divine (plants, flowers, Father Sky, Mala necklace), It is like you walked thru this door and saw the flowers, Mala necklace, Father Sky, Mother Earth, Sangha.
