6:30-7:30 am: Meditation, the first of my three morning wholistic workouts before eating…

7:30-8:15am – YogaAsana, the second of my three morning wholistic workouts before eating…

9am – 12pm; Cardio, the third of my three morning wholistic workouts before eating…48 miles, 3,880′ of climbing with the A/B Club Ride at 19.5mph average…stayed at the front the whole time
