COACH RESPONDS:
WF philosophy has had to change with the times…remember, before the internet, ilg used to do a long ritual, then use calligraphy in my correspondence students’ training notebooks and i often hand-wrote all training prescriptions. often, ilg asks myself, “Would Buddha have used a SmartPhone?”…or whatever the Next New Thang “They” are pushing us to believe in to make our lives more ‘comfortable’…which often means, more accelerated which to feeble ilg has nothing to do with becOMing more serene at all.
the dance of using technology consciously must be left, ultimately, to each student. ilg, for instance, stays away from ‘smart phones’, ‘gps car navigators’, and Twitter. very limited use of iPad. wireless
gadgets are energetic vampires and can easily, profoundly, and negatively affect the subtle bio-energetics of a yogi in training…as well as causing dis-eases among all Beings…so, we in WF, must use Wise Discrimination in our choices of (especially wireless) gadgets. like the grammatical and self-talk use of “I”, “me”, and “mine” WF Teachings in-courage us to limit their use so we may appreciation the wholistic
perspective of the spiritual attachments to the body. same thing with gadgets; use them within your own efforts toward spiritual work. Great question, May this help.

DO YOU HAVE A QUESTION FOR COACH? would love to hear it!
Coach,
I have a question. Have you heard of Body Flow? and what do you think of Body Flow? When I called Sun Ute Recreation Center, they told me they do not have a Yoga class but they have a Body Flow class.
Thank you,
Dawa
Coach,

Most Precious Dawa,
ilg has not heard of Body Flow…or, perhaps i have.
doesn’t matter.
here is what matters; the Chi, the Dharma. the Dharma based Chi.
ilg reckons, predictably, that Body Flow is some hybrid version of this and that…
Blessed be it…
however, it ain’t yoga and it sure as Dewachen ain’t HP Yoga!
onward, Noble One, bring forth the Light…
