What is our life but a dance of transitions?
Isn’t everything always changing? Our fitness, our money, our relationships?
Doesn’t everything we have done in the past now seem like a dream?
Our friends with whom we grew up…the childhood haunts and ghosts and monsters…
Our college-aged views and opinions we once held with such single-minded passion…
We have left them all behind…
Now, at this moment, reading this blog seems vividly real to you…
Yet..soon?
…Even this Teaching transitions into a memory….enjoy:

48 hours ago, ilg manifested a karmic Grade II medial collateral knee injury while dancing with Dewa…go figure…most, predictably, would run to the doctor, schedule the MRI’s get knee surgery, and the rest of it…
instead, ilg engaged a quaint experience-based WF Healing Program not found on any Physical Therapists RX (see my blog yesterday for my self-prescribed RX)…
this morning? i woke up with moderate/severe stiffness within the injured area…ilg Trusted upon my own Deity sent Early Morning Ritual which involves fairly advanced cleansing, pranayama, and asana…then, i did this:
went snowshoeing up the steepest, deepest terrain i could find…pic by Sandra Lee
here’s ilg’s RX for a moderate/severely strained medial/collateral knee injury on Day Two…listen up:

nostrilly-iced ilg, at the summit ridge…from dry to high…this might have been my hardest, steepest, deepest workout yet, 48 hours after a Grade II MCL Sprain on my left knee
if in doubt? here is a shot of the final headwall…Direct Line up (and Down!)…check out the topography dichotomy! from dry to high…took me 20 minutes to drive from my casa to my snowshoe take out point…
my Kahtoola Teammate, Sandra Lee…at Summit Ridge….check the relief!!!

then it was back to ‘Ordinary Realtity’ which has its own Sacredness…bringing’ h(om)e the Family Christmas Tree Being which Dewa picked out and called, “Ponyo”. pic by Joy Kilpatrick
