i signed up for the Omnium (Road Race, Circuit Race, Time Trial) for this years’ edition…stay tuned to see

I just kinda warned the kids that – opposed to some organizations that try to promote cycling as a great lifetime sport – that cycling is NOT a great lifetime sport BY ITSELF! I basically, yet more eloquently, conveyed that two major things suck about sport-specific cycling:
1) the ‘closed-link’ cycling posture produces gross imbalances within certain musculature resulting in structural serial distortions within the pelvis and then, as a matter of course, the spine. once the spine/pelvis is out of balance? the glandular (hormonal) and organic bodies are next victims then, worse of all – imbalance of mind which leads to spirit.

my athletic resume is directly attributed to my own practice of the Wholistic Fitness® lifestyle which
