It brings a stunning end to your 59 year-young coach while again proving the power, wisdom, and strength of my Wholistic Fitness® path! This Vlog takes you into my final Nordic training workout, then up to Grand Mesa – our nation’s highest flat-topped mountain (10,500’+) where this magical season ends with an equally magical ending!
