After a fantastic 7th Place at NXR Regional XC Nationals in Mesa, AZ last week, turns out the Course was slow and so we’re still looking for a final fast, low altitude National Course; we found it in Huntsville, AZ on Dec. 3; it’s known as RUNNING LANE and is the fastest HS 5k Course in America. This Vlog begins with a catch up from NXR into a look at my pivotal supplements (which I consider my core nutrition!) before detailing my 2-day altitude training sample and her “anchor workout” for Running Lane.
