It was over a quarter century ago when I last raced a 1/2 marathon.  Voted as one of the top 3 Marathons in the US – and a Boston Marathon Qualifier – the Shiprock Half Marathon has all the same spirit and shares the same out and back course as the full marathon. It’s the 40th Annual and what you’ll be graced with is racing footage direct from one  of the richest historical mecca’s of indigenous running on Turtle Island.  I’ll also give you my tactics which saw me finish just 39″ off of First Place AG, even with so many years of not racing this distance. You’ll learn my “Blister Free Routine” for distance racing and my exact pre-race Rituals.
