K, after 4 Hawaii vlogs? We get back to REAL Prana; Colorado high peak running…this weeks Vlog doc’s me and Dewa’s instrumental high peak high aerobic, and high RBC (Red Blood Cell) training as we again set Dewa up for a top 15 HS Trail Nationals Championships. Oh, and I guess I kinda won an AG and top 20 finish at one of Dewa’s first road racing 5k’s… Oh, and for all of you needing another Grandma Ilg (94) hit? Got you!
