SNOW WARRIOR MACKEL HAS THE RIGHT STUFF…
Every friday and saturday night, my humble Helm buzzes with questions from the local LA WF tribe
with what training rides, snowshoes, ski events we are going to do on the weekend. check out
my Online Warrior Student Steve Mackel, an accomplished triathlete and coach from Pasadena
who went down hard on the snowboard a couple
days ago, yet the blood drawn?…just spiritual juice to inspire
his conviction to keep training that much harder!
here is what Steve wrote to me tonight in regard to training on the bikes tomorrow:
“Dear Coach,
My wrist is pretty sore but I plan on riding no matter what. Please let me
know what training ride is going off tommorrow. Attached is a picture. It hurt worse than it probably looks. What
you can’t see is the left half of the goggle lens is cracked and my wrist.
I have to remember that I am 42 not 24 sometimes.
