MEDITATION AND BURNING IMPURITIES: Karl’s Karmic Clearing Begins!

Dear Coach,
Meditation – �I am reading and studying “How to know God” and “The Royal Path”. ���This stuff spooked me a bit at first. ��Overwhelmed by its simplicity and clarity. ��I feel that I am starting to understand the “why” much more. ���And my zazen sessions are always without “medicine” – except for the Mala Beads from Coach. ���This part of the practice really got to me a few times this session. ��So much so that I found myself pushing back from it a bit. �I have had a very small glimpse of what concentration might be like and some overwhelming emotions – sometimes much grief and pain, sometimes great joy, �others times just calm. ��I like the calm part the best.

be not attached to what part you “like” the “best.”
meditation must erase the conditioned and karmic dualities of your present View.
the fear of the Simplicity and your Resistance to what is Deep
is china (positive sign of spiritual progress) for it tells me that your Impurities are Burning… your lower chakras are starting to rock and roll your ego structures. as my Teacher told me through this Stage:
“Such courage to take this journey of the fire. From my experience, repetition accompanies this burning…layers…cycles…circles. If there is truely a purity in one’s intent to be free…success is inherent. The fire of refinement will surely guide one… all impurities will eventually be cleansed. It takes the utmost seriouness of intent to accomplish this. And in the depth of this seriousness lies the light. Who said mastery was for sissies.”
