MEET STUDENT MORSE/CAT PANT TECHNIQUE FOR NETI/Perfect Knock On My Temple Door/My Adorable Parents

– New WF Online Student Sam Morse shown above with his 10 year son Nate (on the right) and friend Blair McGowen, is discovering the power of establishing a Morning Ritual that includes Neti, or Yogic Nasal Washing. Sam is a Cat.1 cyclist and is coached by National Champion and Pro Cyclist Mark McCormack. Sam trusts me to actively embrace and work within the conventional cycling coaching of Coach McCormack. There is a reason why Student Morse is such an elite racer and father and yogin…he seeks out coaching and accepts teachings that he feels will benefit his own personal growth. This is how our kids of today will become Warriors of the Heart; by having parents that WORK ON THEMSELVES! This is what makes a human being enjoy tapping into their divine potential. Dear Coach,
Wonderful DL about your parents today – one of the best yet (for me) in the short time that i have been a WF student and DL reader. You are indeed Blessed to have parents and even more Blessed that you can appreciate that fact!
ENJOY THEM – HONOR THEM, for they can be the most wonderful ‘COACHES’ you will ever find. Big words for a humble student huh!?

Coach Ilg’s “CAT PANT” TECHNIQUE For Beginners at Neti (Yogic Nasal Washing)

“Coach,
My practice on WF is progressing well. The Neti is terrific, took me a while to get the hang of it. My frigging nose feels like a jet engine afterward!”
– Student Sammy

New Student Sammy,
DAT’s RIGHT BABA!….a friggin’ JET ENGINE!!!
just wait, my dear brother o’ the cobbles….many, many more yogic siddhis (powers) to develop that will walk hand in hand with your coaching from McCormack.
you picked up Neti technique FAST! Just tell me that you are NOT breathing AT ALL through the nose while Neti’ing, correct?
nice technique to use for beginning is what i call the Cat Pant Breath (see below).

Coach Ilg’s CAT PANT TECHNIQUE FOR NETI:
…after inserting the Neti Pot Snout into your
schnoz, open slightly your mouth and start tiny little cat-like panting so only the water is cleansing the nostrils
without any air.
