so next week will mark 3 months on Phase I and i’m feeling ready to move onto Phase II.

not with such cavalier attitude to what is happening to your body/mind! remember, the Body follows the Mind.
The Body is a mere reflection of your Mind.
i am not just teaching you HOW to take herbs,
i am teaching you to Guide your body into an endless state of mental reflection so that your Self Healing, Fitness, and Performance will all-Ways be piloted from your Conscious Awareness.

wanted to get your input on that. i would like to concentrate on losing weight.
coach:
and i would like you to concentrate on appreciating the herbs, honoring the signals of your body, listening to what is truly Appropriate and then acting appropriately. you do that, and you will be leaner than me! what i am saying is, take your Journey inward and the body will come into her own Balance. please review my Ten Nutritional Guidelines in the Green Tara chapter of TOTAL BODY TRANSFORMATION.

so along with cardio hiking and biking what herbs do you suggest?
coach:
keep the cardio volumes at around 6-8 hours per week minimum at an intensity of Zone 2 (see TBT book). you will need at least one Interval Day each week to stoke your spiritual tenacity and your metabolic upgrade (see any of my books for Interval workouts). I take 4 Action Caps on an empty stomach before doing moderate cardio workouts. doing so helps me access the fat-metabolism stage more quickly.
Student:
do i still take the action caps and the slim caps?
and the fibertones too?
