“Coach:
Congrats to Sammy Morse. It ain’t no picnic winning a bike race, never mind a stage race, especially for family warriors.

{Ed. Note; Student Feather, also a Family Warrior, recently just finished in the top twenty of a cycling race despite a massive work schedule.}

Noble Fitness Innovator and Mountain Yogi, Coach Ilg,
I patiently sweat at the altar of my true self, which you have led me to glimpse through your inspired teachings.

PURUKA vs. PRAKRITI
(An Insiders Look At Coach’s Continuing Education of His Staff Teachers of WF)
WF Teacher Chris “Ko” Roche wrote:
Dear Slayer of Darkness,
i bow to your Wisdom.
if i may ask…is Atman the same as Purusha? from my feeble under- standing, they are and i’ve seen them used almost interchangeably. could you please shed some Light on this?
Namaste,
ko
Just as the Spiny Leaf Cactus bears a fruit seemingly in contrast to its nature,
so too does the undifferentiated particulated matter of the UniVerse (prakriti) bear a consciousness fruit (purusha). similarly, the UnAwakened man will never know his purusha (inner soul) without steadfast Practice, just as the cactus will never know the sweet, succulent taste of its own fruit. – photo and caption by coach ilg.
Noble Ko,
according the Structure of the Absolute,
you can See (below chart) that the Purusha is of a more refined Layer
of individuated Consciousness than that of Atman
mostly, this is a mixed metaphor between Upanishadic and Samkhya
linguistics. whereas
Purusha has been described as the “knower of the field” (‘field’ here
refers to the
various stages and layers of Consciousness, gross, refined, and
subtle) and has Awareness, the counter field of
Purusha, Prakriti….has no Awareness. Thus, in Patanjali’s much
debated codification, Purusha
and Prakriti can never be yoked…which, obviously, is not very yogic!
i cannot teach you more than this…
yet.
i can suggest that the direct experience, cognition, and development
of the five Vayus
is your Next Step toward an Atmanic understanding by direct experience.
in other words,
keep doing Toilet Yoga and your assigned Pranayams until you become
an expert at finding the
“breath inside the breath” or…
the Ether as separate from the Air.
Enter there…
love,
coach
ps; ask no more questions on this subject matter for a period of six
months.

mess up what is being Planted. My MahaNidraRishi already is doing
this InnerWork
