AGASSI VS. BLAKE

i bow to Andre
i bow to James

Andre has inspired me my entire life.

Like many of his generation, young James came out firing 138 mph first serves for the first hour.
Andre went down two sets to none.

Then,
Andre did what all Great Champions do;
he said, “If you are going to take me down,
you are going to have to earn it.”
Thus, like so many times before,
Andre screwed on his Blue Collar Worth Ethic and
began
to
Endure.

by the
Fifth Set?

Young James was NOT hitting 138 mph first serves.

As in road bike racing,
it is great to have a great sprint.
Yet,
It is better to have a great sprint after 4 1/2 hours in the saddle.

“Of all the disciplines, Endurance is the greatest. For it is to he who endures that victory is certain.”
– Buddha

Why do you TAF i train you, WF Warriors, in Cardio Training,
one of my Five Fitness Disciplines in WF?

Because in the Bardo,
you will have to know
the art of Endurance of Consciousness.

Thank you Andre.
Thank you James.

you want drama TV?
you want “reality” TV?
you want CHI TV?

you want to know what TV is worth watching?

Sports;
the more individual the sport; the better the Chi.
the higher the Heart Rate; the better the Chi
the longer the sweat; the better the Chi.

I bow to sports; the Warrior Challenge Field that grounds out the bullshit of modern day society.

let’s break a sweat today in honor of Andre and James; two great Americans who i would be honored to
charge, side by side, into
the
Bardo.

Bring It On, baby!

Live like you mean it;
Live WHOLISTIC FITNESS!
* Strength, Cardio, Yoga, Meditation, Mastery of Food
* Breath and Posture, Mindfulness, Appropriate Action, Practice
* Be Elegant in Difficulty, Be Brave, Be True To Your Highest Self

that is all,

good night My Noble Warriors of Sweat and Silence,
go(o)d night,
coach ilg
