ANOTHER COACH ILG APPROVED WHOLISTIC FITNESS BLOG APPEARS!
“Ripples make waves.”
– Coach Ilg, 1983
I wish to formally welcome the CitYoga Sangha under the capable and approved
guidance of WF Certified Online Teacher, Chris “Kokanda” Roche (that’s him, rear row leftmost) to DIRECT LINES!
No genuine wisdom was ever spoken without inner spacious as its cradle.
It is an honor to have Teacher Ko maintain a Blog from the sweat and studied silences
borne from his Wholistic Fitness journey.
May all DL Readers bookmark Teacher Ko’s WF-inspired Blog:
http://www.twistedsageblog.blogspot.com/
and visit it often to prove to the
Outer World, that the only news fit to print, is really that news which comes from the Inside outward…
spiritual work first,
outer world stuff second.
Here is an except from Teacher Ko’s opening Blog…
namaste,
coach ilg
“Welcome to the Twisted Sage Blog
Namaste Twisted Sage Yogis,
seems like we’ve had nothing but challenges with our Twisted Sage website the last 2 years. making changes to the site and posting updates has been a veritable nightmare. so, i’ve done what any card carrying Wholistic Fitness(R) Warrior/Yogi would do — learn, Grow, and apply the lesson. thus, i’ve created this Twisted Sage Blog, which i can access anytime from virtually any location to send off updates, training tips, announcements, you name it, it’ll be here.
www.TwistedSage.com will remain on the web, and MAYBE someday it’ll actually function and serve as intended. i’ll keep you updated, here, when the appropriate changes have been made to the site. until then, be sure to bookmark the Twisted Sage Blog, and check in often.
also, for those not familiar with my Work as a Wholistic Fitness(R) Teacher, please get over to the WF website, www.WholisticFitness.com to learn more; AND each of you should be reading, daily, WF Creator Coach Ilg’s blog, “Direct Lines”. on Direct Lines you will find the Sacred Teachings, the Sutras, of WF posted, along with helpful images, training tips, priceless in-Sights from Coach Ilg, all for FREE! http://www.wholisticfitness.com/weblog/ilgblog.html. be sure to take the time and effort to read through the past couple years worth of archives!”
