Ananda proudly holds up her race bag; she has not been able to run on her surgically “treated” knees since high school…well, two years of WF Training now has delivered her to the Start Line of an Duathlon. Her deepest victory has already been scored from within…she did what it took to make it to the Start Line! “Do not Limit the Unlimited by your Own Limitations,” was my counsel to her and many others who think they can not do things.

Coach at last evening’s Race Check-in, wields a Chain Saw as a symbolic gesture of how he is going to saw through both ego doubts and other competitors…Since breaking my back, running, told to me to be an impossibility by doctors, is still an exercise of huge concentration to alleviate compression of forces on my lower smashed spine.
